Our community is sitting in the heart of the sunshine state in Central Florida. We are located at the northern end of the town of Eustis in Lake County. A few of our properties are situated right on the northern shore of Lake Eustis, the third largest lake of North Central Florida.
Eustis is sitting between the quaint small town of Mount Dora, Tavares (the County Seat for Lake County), and Leesburg.
World famous Orlando with its theme parks and other attractions is about 40 miles away, and Daytona Beach is 60 miles to the northeast.
The West Coast and the East Coast of Florida are about 60 miles from our community.
Getting here
By plane:
Even though small sea planes can land on Lake Eustis, people will more likely take a commercial airliner into Sanford-Orlando International Airport (SFB), which is 37 miles to the east, or fly into Central Florida’s biggest airport Orlando International Airport (MCO) located 55 miles away.
By train:
Amtrak train stations are about 30 miles away in Deland and Sanford. The Sanford location also offers an Amtrak Auto Train going up north to the greater Washington, DC area.
SunRail also offers train services from Deland to Kissimmee with multiple stops en route.
By car:
Eustis and Mount Dora connect to SR-453, which connects to SR-429. Going northbound, it will give you access to I-4, and I-95. Going southbound, it will get you to Florida’s Turnpike, I-4, I-95. Various state routes connect Eustis to I-75, which travels north/south.
